Polynesian Meatloaf

This family favorite has gone Hawaiian.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 50 minutes

1 lb. ground beef
3 Tablespoons A.1. Steak Sauce
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained, reserving juice
1 egg
3 Tablespoons each minced green pepper and onion
1/2 cup each dry bread crumbs and milk
3 Tablespoons Japanese soy sauce

Mix all ingredients except juice and soy sauce. Place in 8x4x2-inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350°F. oven 30 minutes. Mix soy sauce and 2 Tablespoons juice. Spoon over meatloaf. Bake 15 minutes. Set 5 minutes. Garnish with pepper ring and pineapple chunks, if desired.

Serves 4.
